Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
