At Prodola Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
